Cake Alasska Made By My MOM

Ingredients

Maida = 3 oz
Sugar = 3 oz
Butter = 3 oz
Egg      = 2
Baking Powder = 1 tsp
Coco Powder = 1 oz

  

Method: 

Add sugar in margarine and beat smoothly then add 1 egg and continue beating then add the following above ingredients and beat again after beating put all this mixture in a grease pan and bake it on 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes then take it out from oven and cool it down and cut it into half piece and spread the strawberry ice cream on the second piece and put the first piece on it then add chocolate sauce on the top of the cake after then add beaten fresh cream and any seasonal fruit e.g. (banana, mango)

Your choice of ice cream flavor
Chocolate sauce
Beaten fresh cream
Any seasonal fruit
